About Lucy Kidd

I partner with leaders to create a safe space for growth. Together we explore how to create meaningful success for them and the people and organisations they lead. I believe that 'leaders lead lives not roles' and are in a unique position to make a positive contribution far and wide through the choices they make beyond their organisations into our communities, across society and on the environment. I offer 1-2-1 leadership and team coaching alongside organisational cultural development programmes. I have recently partnered with @Anni Townend to co-create the Collaboration Equation - a unique leadership framework designed to help senior leaders, teams and organisations to harness the power of meaningful connection. We start by inviting more curiosity, care and courage to build a lasting foundation of psychological safety and create cultures of human connection where inclusive dialogue and diversity of thought and feeling flourish to drive collaborative edge. We partner with Senior Leaders and their teams to co-create an approach that supports their organisational ambition whilst developing the mindset, skills and behaviours to create an environment where everyone feels able to fully contribute to creating meaningful results.Together we offer one year Executive Team Coaching Programmes delivered through a combination of virtual and in-person sessions and supported by 1-2-1 Leadership Coaching. Over the past 20 years living and working between UK and Dubai I've worked with leaders from a range of cultures, sectors and industries from FTSE 100 Executives to entrepreneurs. I particularly love to work with leaders who want to make a more positive impact in the communities and environments they serve.
