Managed the product portfolio through the end-to-end product lifecycle developing brand strategy plans, pricing, promotions, creative executions, digital and social media strategies and continuous analysis, ensuring KPI targets and consumer needs were met.

Managed life cycle of Home and Kids category including developing brand strategy plans, pricing, promotion, creative layout and execution, digital and social media strategies and analysis ensuring key financial KPIs were met, which were then presented back on to leadership level and key stakeholders.• Successfully grew the Kids category +4% AVO vs. previous year, through strong portfolio planning, pricing mix, promotions and exciting creative executions within brochure.• Created and executed a new Kids brand launch (Unicorns and Rainbows), generating sales of £1.4m by hitting key market trends, with eye catching creative executions, clear social media strategies and communication to the right target market.• Continuously grew the inline Home portfolio, particularly within home fragrance with a product rebrand delivering over £250k vs. previous year, +72% vs. estimated forecasts.• Worked in conjunction with Global Buying team, briefing required product portfolio and continuously managed lowest cost prices, without compromising on quality.
