As a Manager in the Melbourne Digital Engineering team, I bring a range of skills and knowledge across program delivery and solution implementation. I have most recently led ITMO Governance for an extensive legacy system modernisation program at an ASX listed global company. In this role I was part of the post-implementation stabilisation processes after a major S4/HANA implementation. I supported IT governance initiatives and portfolio management through data analysis, quarterly initiative planning (agile), and other activities with the product owners and platform team.

In this role I was responsible for event management, administration, membership and basic financial management roles.Event management roles included, but are not limited to, event communications, developing and implementing timelines and event budgets, guest registration, coordination of staff, volunteers, contractors, entertainers and external suppliers. Within the financial management role, I executed basic account reporting, budgeting, and AEC disclosures. In 2017-19, I coordinated and managed the largest event for the Club’s calendar year, with over 820 guests.
