I support the sales team effort of obtaining new customers, retaining existing customers and generating new revenues. I manage the client account from point of sale, I build and strengthen client relationships through in-depth knowledge and understanding of specific client/products and industry needs. Collaborating with Sales team, Solutions/Development team to ensure substantive client delivery and satisfaction of all requirements.
