I practice in all areas of Trade Mark law and advise clients on the searching, availability and registrability of new Trade Marks and the prosecution and registration of marks both in the UK and on an International basis. I also have experience in the policing and enforcement of Trade Mark rights both nationally and internationally.I work with a wide range of clients, from large multinational enterprises to smaller companies to sole traders to individuals. This broad exposure has provided me with knowledge across all areas of Trade Mark law. Such exposure enables me to provide clients with practical advice which is tailored specifically to meet their commercial needs and requirements. I have also conducted a number of Trade Mark portfolio reviews for new and existing clients of all sizes and advises in connection with brand protection, development and enforcement, as well as future filing strategies.
