- Execution of the Grosvenor Casinos multi-channel communications across all parts of the customer lifecycle.- National multi-channel birthday communications planing, strategy and execution.- National cross sale planning and execution.- Brief and traffic the creative work to support the CRM communications including emails, site assets and SMS. Ensuring that these communications are on brand and follow all relevant guidelines. - Monitor and understand the key response drivers for those communications and make improvements based on these drivers. - Communications to the customer base for national promotions and events such as the GUKPT, Goliath and Chinese New Year. - Provide reports to the CRM team and wider business with regular detailed campaign analysis for all activity.
