Hi! My name is Lucía Salgado. I live in Luján, Buenos Aires, Argentina. I am 36 years old and have 17 years of work experience.I hold the position of Section Coordinator at Corredores Viales, managing the operation of the three toll booths that make up the section. I have been in this leadership role since August 2022. Prior to that, from September 2013, I worked for the private concessions Autovía Buenos Aires a Los Andes and Vial Andes 7. During those 8 years, I performed tasks such as customer service, replacement of various supervisory positions, administrative tasks, collections, invoicing, monitoring of payments to suppliers, and HR-related issues for staff.Before joining the toll service, I worked at FedEx initially as a customer service representative and then as a peer coach to train and coordinate training for call center employees.I am known for my discipline, perseverance, and adaptability to new environments. For more than fifteen years, I have been working on tasks related to providing answers to both internal and external customers. Teamwork is fundamental to me, and my goal is always to share my knowledge with my colleagues so that we can solve everyday situations. I am always willing to learn, and my challenge is to continue growing because I am not satisfied with what I have achieved so far.
