I work on the different verticals of Cathay: B2B SaaS, Consumer, Fintech, Energy/Mobility, Digital Health. - I participate in the analysis of investment opportunities from the meeting with the entrepreneur to the investment committee. - I participate in the production of investment memos. - I help to monitor our portfolio with financial and ESG reporting - I help the teams responsible for the relationship with our LPs by identifying the interesting deal flow for them. - I participate in market and trend studies to feed collective knowledge and provide added value to our LPs. I work in particular on the Recommerce segment. - I occasionally participate in the activity of other funds (Seed investment, LATAM)

Waterloop is a student project, gathering 12 students from Centrale Lille, whose objective was to design and manufacture a prototype of a closed-circuit shower, i.e. one that reuses the same water by filtering it!We obtained the financial support of Evolsys and the social housing company « Maisons & Cités » for a total budget of 8000€.I was mainly in charge of project management: motivating and coordinating the team, setting up an organization and tools, and making sure that our objectives were met.Like everyone else in the project, I also participated in the technical duties, especially on the Filtration and Electrical parts.The project was taken up the following year by other students to further develop it.

As an intern in the Development department at Hermès Bijouterie, my main role was to analyze and improve the flow management (information, physical and financials), from the artistic direction’s guidelines to the prototype completion and the production launch. The complexity lay in the multitude of parallel flows between artistic choices, supplier management, specificities related to prototypes, materials or gems and inventory management. I proposed solutions, built with the teams in an iterative way, to improve the development process, the flow management and the communication. I finally modeled this new process, with the objective of clarifying it for everyone.
