My passion for technology started around middle school when a friend and I built a computer with scrap parts. After finally getting a general understanding of the components to build the computer, we thought we were done. We were astonished to find ourselves at the BIOS menu thinking to ourselves, ‘what is this?’. We quickly learned about operating systems and how important they are in order for the system to work as a whole. We torrented a copy of Windows XP and quickly put it to work ; for gaming purposes. This experience ignited a passion that would accompany me in all future endeavors. Technology has fascinated me and driven me to jump at any and every opportunity to learn as much as I can about hardware, networks, and communication. I later learned that another one of my biggest passions is technical troubleshooting. Whenever a problem arises, I can’t help but view it as a challenge that must be overcome. I find it as an opportunity to learn something new, or to exercise current understanding. This motivates and drives me to become a more knowledgeable Information Tech professional.
