Senior Process Engineer in Duqm refinery PMT

Lead the assigned process engineering team. Prioritize workload in order to meet deadlines. Develop strategies to troubleshoot complex problems of the operations of the plants. Train the newly hired engineers. Elaborate work practices for the process engineers of the unit. Review and approve the simulations, calculations and reports prepared by the team. In charge of the followings units: Sulphur recovery unit (SRU). Amine regeneration( ARU). Sour water striper (SWS). Tail gas treatment unit (TGTU). Mild hydrotreating unit (MHC). Nafta hydrotreating (NHT). Diesel hydrotreater (DHT). Hydrogen manufacturing unit (HMU).

Monitoring and control plan operations ( sulphur recovery unit SRU, amine regeneration ARU, sour water striper SWS, tail gas recovery unit TGTU). Develop ideas to improve performance of the unit. Provide technical assistance to operations management. Perform process simulations, heat and material balances. Collet and analyze field data. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports. Define key performance indicators.
