Main duties: Making timely and efficient collection of accounts receivable, achieving optimization in the management of collections and a monthly average collection over 98%. Incorporation of all operations of Customer Accounts Receivable and automating daily in the Administrative Information System, in order to generate information timely and accurately for the customer on the status of payments and / or invoices and their impact on cash flow. Registering, issuing and controlling Debit and Credit Notes to customers. Managing the portfolio of key customers with weekly visits, telephone calls and others, avoiding arrears and any issues that may arise. Keeping the process of liberation of sales orders within a period not exceeding 24 hours in order to avoid delays. Monitoring and controlling key customer portfolios to reduce amounts greater than 90 days, achieving total decrease of these, keeping a clean portfolio. Keep DSO days under the contract

Main duties: Registering on the AS 400 system all receipts and outflows of warehouse products avoiding discrepancies between physical and theoretical inventory. Analyzing all outstanding documentation affecting the inventory (production orders, notes, receipts, invoices, credit notes, transferences movements of goods and inventory), achieving decrease of delays by 100%. Ensuring proper storage of raw materials and components. Inventory control, conducting weekly cyclical inventories of major products. Technical reports and inventory analyse indicating missing or excess merchandise with their analyses, identifying the main causes and solutions decreasing the differences by 70%. Coordination of material transfer between the primary and secondary storage in order to provide timely production department, avoiding delays on production lines.
