Payroll Consultant
Current•Provides consultation to executive leadership, HR directors, and senior payroll managers on developing strategic initiatives and instituting business solutions amplifying multi-million-dollar payroll processing for 50K-person international workforce. •Leads technical projects and project management teams in implementing HR information systems (HRIS), accounting software, and financial technology (FinTech) applications leveraged by 200+ global end users. •Champions change management strategies and drives process improvements accelerating payment/repayment processing while heightening general accounting functions, tax filing accuracy, and regulatory compliance. •Facilitates audits ensuring processing of union, nonunion, exempt, non-exempt, salary, and hourly employee payroll adheres to internal controls and complies with regulations. •Oversees general accounting practices including general ledger and journal entries, account reconciliation, tax calculations, and time/labor tracking.
