- Under broad direction, lead operations within Halliburton's Wireline and Perforating department (all E-line, Slickline and TCP) for the purpose of ensuring the delivery of quality customer service, world-class safety, and business segment growth that maximizes shareholder value. - Maintain customer contacts for the purpose of assessing local needs and service quality. - Serve as a liaison for Halliburton Energy Services Business Development. - Collaborate with Halliburton Energy Services Business Development and Technology managers to develop and implement local product and service pricing strategies and technology initiatives. - Execution of new contracts for TCP, Slickline and E-Line product service lines in Malongo Angola.- managing Wireline and Perforating P&L for Cabinda business. - Angolan work visa process for new hires liaise for HR.

- Development of Wireline Field Professionals and operator staff for the Kilgore District.- Review performance data to identify trends and opportunities for performance improvement. - Promote the use of the Halliburton Management System (HMS) - Promote and encourage safety and service quality - Monitor on-site field performance assessments (End of Job Customer Survey (EJCS)/ Key Performance Indicator review) - Champion the implementation of new technology within the Product Service Line (PSL) - Train, mentor, and assess competencies of Field Engineers- Coordinate and assist with the Correction, Prevention, and Improvement (CPI) process for the WP PSL - Investigate HSE incidents within assigned PSL using the Tap Root process- Assisted in Coordinating the Open Hole and Cased Hole field operations in the Kilgore District.
