Reporting to the Portfolio Manager, I am responsible of planning and delivering multiple projects within TPG/Vodafone’s 5G Portfolio, including Greenfield and site Upgrades.

Ensuring contractual compliance of different projects within the TPG/Vodafone’s 5G Program. I was responsible for monitoring, controlling, and governing the contractual requirements of TPG’s delivery under the Joint Venture contract with Optus.

Managing Ericsson’s Field Services Operations - Telstra Account Team. Responsible of delivering multiple projects from 5G Upgrades to IBC installations. In charge of a team comprised by Project Engineers and Field staff across VIC, NSW and QLD.

Manage the end to end delivery in the WEST Region (VIC/TAS/WA/SA/NT) for the Vodafone-Hutchinson Australia (VHA) account RAN Program, including different Greenfield and capacity upgrade projects.Responsibilities:▪ Oversee the regional E2E delivery of different RAN projects, from Feasibility and SAED to Construction, Integration and Activation.▪ Responsible for regional revenue KPI.▪ Ensure strict compliance with customer EH&S requirements.▪ Lead a multidisciplinary team including Site Controllers, SAED Managers, and Project Coordinators.▪ Subcontractors and suppliers management.Achievements:▪ Delivered VHA Program in 2018 and 2019 as per schedule (270+ installed wireless sites).▪ Increased the subcontractor pool in Victoria from 2 to 6 construction subcontractors.

PMO regional lead for Optus Account across different Greenfield and Upgrade projects, in charge of the scheduling, reporting and acceptance tasks.Responsibilities:▪ Create and control the regional Project Schedule for 650+ wireless sites.▪ Lead the transition (acceptance, POs) between key project phases (SAED->Construction).▪ Report project status to company ́s senior management and to the customer.▪ Manage regional PMO team in Melbourne, 2 direct reports.▪ Manage and deliver two key subprojects – Melbourne Network Leadership and P3 National.Achievements:▪ Developed the weekly reporting templated used for the project at Regional and National levels.▪ Successfully led the deployment of Network Leadership and P3 subprojects, which contributed Optus in achieving the P3/Connect "Best in Test" accolade.

Responsible for the planning, implementation, monitoring, control and closing of different projects for some of the most important Telecommunication Operators in Colombia as Millicom, Telefonica, America Movil and DirecTV. Experience managing large network rollouts. Responsibilities:▪ Develop Project Master Plan, which includes project schedule and other plans, such as communications and resources plans.▪ Prepare project budget and overall financial management, Control project ́s expenses, in order to achieve company ́s KPIs and financial targets.▪ Lead a multidisciplinary team (surveyors, engineers, coordinators) to ensure project activities are accomplished on time.▪ Organise periodical follow up meetings with customers and guarantee customer satisfaction.▪ Manage subcontractor’s teams for civil works, equipment installation and integration.▪ Define and implement a quality plan to guarantee quality standards in the network installations.▪ Supervise compliance of all OH&S requirements for team members and subcontractors.▪ Report project status to company ́s senior management and also to customer.▪ Active PMO member, contributing in the development of process workflows and leading knowledge sharing inside the PMO.▪ Monitoring and reporting of program/project risks, issues and change requests.Achievements:▪ More than 700+ wireless sites installed around Colombia.▪ Contribute with revenue and collection KPIs for Medellin regional Office.▪ Customer Satisfaction score of 4.5 over 5.0 during last two major projects.▪ Key Projects: Millicom GSM Swap (350 sites), America Movil Microwave Project (200 MW Links), DirectTV LTE Project (220 Sites).

Deployment Manager of the first 4G LTE network deployed in South America, managing subcontractors and achieving committed delivery run rates.Responsibilities:▪ Planning, scheduling and supervising activities including site survey, civil works, hardware installation, software commissioning, integration and performance tests.▪ Subcontractors and suppliers management.▪ Report the progress of the implementation to the costumer and internally to other companyareas and stakeholders.▪ Active PMO member, participating within new processes implementation.Achievements:▪ Successfully delivered the first 180 4G LTE wireless sites in South America.

Responsibilities:▪ Assign work crews for UMTS installations; management of the purchase orders for the project; inventory management.Responsibilities:▪ Document and report the progress of the project´s expenses.▪ Control all engineering materials, purchase requirements and budget for materials; manage the staff of the engineering supply chain of the project.Achievements:▪ Established a new weekly report template inside the PMO Team.
