Currently I have been working for 5 years in the electronic company IMI (Integrate microelectronics) as a Test Engineer, the first 2 year as test Technician, currently I part of three CFTs in the last year, all of them in automotive area being one of them a complete NPI. Part of my responsibilities is attending the RFQ of my CFTs as NPI Engineer, analyzing the customers documentation and getting the quotation of the external supplier as ICT Fixtures, Functional Testers, etc. As CFT Engineer do my part releasing NPIs since the RFQ level, until be a Mass Production Product, qualifying test equipment using the MSA and SPC tools and made the documentation since APQP until PPAP. Also supporting with the implementation of new products in mass production equipment modifying the Labview programs by myself, following the new customer requirements. Attending internal and external audits as VDA, IATF, customer Visit, etc, also having direct deal with customer for any requirement. This year I led three Kaizen and two of them win the Kaizen Award. Always finding the best way to improve de Yield and the scrap reduction.English Intermediate
