• Responsible for conducting the national process to create the largest health registry in Brazil, covering over 300 regions, 120,000 health professionals and around 17 million beneficiaries.
• I am responsible for Online Health Registry deployment, support and development teams.
• I created the process and methodology enabling coordinated and parallel regional-team involvement and participation.
• I work with new collaboration models, in partnership with the innovation laboratory, startups and specialists in creating the population-health digital management model based on AI (Artificial Intelligence).
• I lead the process for cooperation between various suppliers of corporate systems and units, promoting integration and interoperability.

• Responsible for creating the Group Strategic Innovation area, developing the Innovation Management model, implementing Innovation, Culture and Idea Acceleration processes.
• Introduced the Annual Executive Innovation Challenge, which resulted in more than 700 ideas in 2 editions.
• Launched the Innovation Center, which hosts at least 20 visits per month.
• Implemented the Design Thinking Studio, resulting in 9 ideation modules.
• Operationalized a variety of innovation projects such as the use of enhanced reality and mixed reality in Emergency Care, Virtual Health Assistant, and Artificial Intelligence in care administration.
• Conceptualized the largest, annual corporate innovation event, Innovation Day, with national and overseas specialists.

• Responsible for the Corporate Project Management Office with 40 Project Managers, developing teams, methodology and system architecture.
• Managed 120 consecutive projects spanning 9 portfolios, resulting in +400 completely documented projects delivered.
• Consolidated project and process teams in business squads for each functional area.
• Implemented Executive Steering Committee to manage portfolio and priority definition.
• Encouraged and realized competency of PMP and Black Belt training, resulting in 100% team certification.
• Managed the budget for corporate Project Development resources.
