Management of Latin America & Caribbean region focusing on building processes and sales to grow the business across 30+ countries across all of PDI's lines of business.

Managed Sales team for the Latin America region, in charge of the complete sales cycle from initial pipeline generation through to discovery, identifying business needs and uncovering the true value our solutions could drive, through to negotiations, contracts and close.

Managed Sales team for the European region, in charge of Sales, Account Management and pre-sales teams. My role was multifaceted, focusing on pipeline generation, client satisfaction with upsell/cross-sell into existing client base plus closing new business. Majority of clients were Scandinavian/UK/German based, with some Sourthern European clients.

Sales Hunter, PROS was new in the European space and my role was to find new business via all possible routes - cold calling through to events, business breakfasts etc...I adapted the blue print Sales process from the US and adequated to UK requirements and commercialised the value proposition to across multiple industries in the UK.
