Initially hired to remote position, approving or declining applications for Robinhood.com clients and verifying document uploads for account creation. Took phone calls from prospective customers seeking status on application, and guiding them to steps of approval. Transitioned to onsite and continued to work in Account Onboarding Services. Client discontinued AOS service onsite, and was transitioned into cryptocurrency account services, assisting cryptocurrency holding customers with questions and concerns through chat, phone, and email support. Client discontinued cryptocurrency support service onsite, and transitioned into fraud support role, acting as a mediator between clients with fraud-related concerns on their account and the internal fraud investigator team. Left TaskUs due to client pulling out onsite operations, with uncertainty on job security.

Trained to stow items received from the inbound dock, in bins brought by Amazon Robotics drive units. Maintained productivity and quality performance metrics. Later trained to quality assurance department, verifying physical item and bin counts to match computer records, reporting discrepancies for further investigation. Later trained to operate on Amazon Robotics floor using proprietary equipment to operate on an active AR floor, performing item cleanup and light diagnostics on malfunctioning drive units.
