Served as a strategic partner to the C-Suite to align the project goals with the long-term company strategy- Managed the implementation team at Bupa and GeoBlue including 35 employees in four countries-Implemented the operation in the U.S. of Bupa’s International Private Medical Insurance Plans (IPMI). GeoBlue provides medical assistance, evacuation and repatriation services, and other travel assistance to Bupa customers around the world- Spearheaded the implementation of a la carte medical and dental plan that allowed GeoBlue to win a strategic account that was with the competition. The solution built allowed GeoBlue to meet a growing need in the market for health plans that offer the freedom to customize the coverage based on the insured needs- Set up the operation for multiple products and lines of services for increased revenue opportunities- Led the implementation of Medallia Experience Cloud, a customer feedback management software platform that empowers businesses to improve the customer experience. As a result of this implementation, GeoBlue was able yo track and increased its Net Promoter Score.
