With over 24 years of experience in the sport, I’ve had the incredible opportunity to work in diverse roles that have shaped my approach to coaching and leadership.🏅 Highlights of My Career:11 National Championships: Achieved 11 national championships as a coach in Chile, working with Pro Womens Teams - Brisas, Universitarios de Chile, College - UTEM, UNAB, UMAR, Regional Teams- La Serena, Santiago, High Schools- Carmela Carvajal de Prat, Jose Vitorino Lastarria, SSCC Alameda, Andres Bello, etc.International Coaching Experience: Gained valuable insights as a Assistant Coach for the Chilean University National Team, and Assistant Coach for the Chilean High School National Team.USA Basketball Gold License: Earned the prestigious USA Basketball Gold License, demonstrating advanced coaching skills and a commitment to high-level basketball standards.FIBA License: Acquired the FIBA License, qualifying as an internationally recognized coach with expertise in global basketball practices.My Current Roles:Athletic Director & Men’s Basketball Assistant Coach at Southern California Leadership University (SCLU): I lead the strategic growth of our athletic programs, manage budgets, and create a nurturing environment for athletes and staff.
