Hello, I would like to offer you two of my most important beliefs: I believe in people and in their ability to do unbelievable things. Sometimes, they only need guidance and the appropriate resources to achieve this.I also believe that enterprises fail sometimes because they fail to understand those small details about human beings and the way to construct a relationship, which would allow them to succeed. Many of them have a totally WRONG concept about how to achieve success and how to strengthen it.If this were a normal Curriculum, I would say that I am an Industrial Engineer, Master in Personal, Executive and Corporative Coaching, prepared in Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), Hypnosis and Managing of Change in Organizations.But, I prefer to emphasize that I am an empathetic and persevering person, in love with continuous learning, very organized and passionate about what I do every day. Many of the clients whom I have helped have often highlighted other of my virtues, such as honesty, authenticity and the ability to generate confidence.Many years ago, for more than a decade, I was in charge of an international enterprise creating teams and business, as member of the managing committee of a multinational corporation. There, I defended that numbers can be seen as a natural consequence of people being placed where and how they must be. I also defended that the obsession for the client is outdated… at least if you don´t understand who your client is.In recent years, as CHO, my purpose has been to change the way in which companies actually understand the business logic and the function their teams play… “FORGET THE CLIENT”…Simultaneously, in 2010, I created “Inspira y Avanza” (Inspire and Advance), in order to help people, executives, sportsmen to achieve their goals.
