I have trained and guide digital teams, participating in the ideation, definition, design, and development phases of numerous projects, leading those teams and helping them grow and achieve their goals. Additionally, I have been commited to teaching professionals over these years. My designs and interfaces have been used by the European Space Agency, the Spanish UME (Military Emergency Unit), and AENA (Spanish Airport Management), among others.I'm constantly seeking new ways to improve my work and assist my team in progressing. Exploring new methodologies and tools is essential to me, and I enjoy sharing my knowledge and vision with my colleagues.From my early days as a web designer, I took a keen interest in front-end development, acquiring skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other technologies to bring my designs to life. This allows me to seamlessly integrate with development teams and prevent implementation issues and avoiding frictions between the design and development teams. In my pursuit of efficiency in product creation, I've focused on streamlining tasks and optimising resources through design systems and governance models for complex projects.My approach revolves around the user, researching their needs before visual design and applying UX principles, Calm Technology, and Content First. Researching and analysing data to make informed design decisions is integral to my process.With 20 years of experience leading teams, I recognize the potential of each team member and foster their development, collectively working towards project goals. I firmly believe in leadership through closeness, understanding, and continuous improvement of both the group and its members. Project management and goal achievement consistently benefit from this approach.I've been involved in all phases of numerous projects, from initial scope assessments and estimates to task management, and post-achievement feedback gathering. Thanks to my experience as a front-end developer, I'm highly comfortable with agile methodologies and their implementation in multidisciplinary teams.I'm a scout, a stoic, and an avid reader. I enjoy drawing, practice yoga, engage in airsoft, and have been a role-playing game master for over 30 years. As a committed parent, I believe in the importance of respectful education and continue to learn about educational topics that I can apply in my work and life.
