I've led the project management of store buildouts, the development of operational SOPs, the creation of company-wide financial dashboards, and the implementation of services like curbside pickup, text message outreach programs, and loyalty rewards program.Outside of my work at Wellgreens, I co-founded Ituarte Consulting, where we offer a full range of management consulting services. Our portfolio includes diverse projects such as graphic design, website development, and brand development. We specialize in creating compelling designs for political campaigns, crafting attention-grabbing mailers, and generating aesthetic websites. Our services also include devising efficient canvassing maps and delivering insightful reports. On top of these, we conduct market data research, using our findings to create interactive zoning maps that guide clients in making informed real estate decisions.Back at Wellgreens, my role isn't just operational. I'm responsible for securing all license applications, which involves interpreting city ordinances, studying regulations, and putting together city bids.Moreover, I lead the company's PR events and community outreach programs.
