▪ Implementation and coordination of Sourcing and Procurement strategies to accomplish thebusiness goals.▪ Management of the life cycle of the equipment and its technical maintenance as well as the realestate assets among 52 sites;▪ Development and management of an operational and reporting informatic system for facilitiesevents among all the sites;▪ Management of the maintenance service providers network;▪ Definition and implementation of the model of centralized management of State Fleet (SF);▪ Set standards and car policies to assure an uniform and consistent fleet model in order toenhance financial effectiveness and operational efficiency;

▪ Manage the spaces and equipment of the facilities;▪ Search and select suppliers, coordinate and monitor its services and manage all related contracts(security, cleaning, energy, water, logistics, etc) ;▪ Preparation of a maintenance manual for management of contracts related with Facilities;▪ Planning and execution of site or space changes across different installations;▪ Active research of new facilities to install commercial business areas;▪ React to urgencies and unexpected situations, implementing the correspondent corrective plans;▪ Analysis of the feedback from the facility users and provide suggestions of service improvements.
