Responsible for Serving as liaison between business process owners and development team for requirement gathering, issue analysis and testing for Finance Capital and Asset Accounting area. Modifying/creating SAP PS and AA configurations as per user requirement and coordinate with development team for testing in test and production environments. Testing included regression testing of existing functionality along with creating SAP scripts, validating and troubleshooting changes to business applications. Technologies supported included SAP, locally developed applications, reports, interfaces and integration points. Developing appropriate documentation for standard operating procedures such as month/Year end close in Asset Accounting and Change Management. Managing priority of changes and overall requirements issue resolution process. Providing daily production support to Operations team to ensure business operations are not interrupted.
