Management, planning and coordination of a project on maritime, port and logistics education at a higher level, with international quality standards. The project consists of two university degrees and a Maritime Training Center. The functions are described below:1. Search and management of strategic alliances at national and international level.2. Operational Manager of a Maritime Training Center in charge of the planning and review of the Quality System under ISO 9001:2015 standards. 3. Legal advice of the maritime training program; as well as drafting of agreements, conventions, memorandums for the legal security of the company and effectiveness in strategic relationships. 4. Professor of three subjects in the field of Maritime Law; collaborating professor in the career of Law in commercial matters.

Establish, organize, plan, manage and certify a Maritime Training Center under international standards such as: ISO Quality Standard 9001:2015 and STCW International Convention, as amended.

Advise and audit under ISO 9001:2008 quality standards the companies that provide inspection and certification services to Honduran flag vessels.
