National Projects: Honduras USAID Access to Markets & Honduras INVEST-H(MCA)/USAID Access to Production and Nutrition - Alliance for Dry Corridor.• Manage the Honduras office IT staff, define roles and responsibilities, prioritize tasks, recommend and develop training, and develop policies and procedures to strengthen processes and workflow; involved in the recruitment and selection of Honduras office IT staff.• Develop strategies to establish trust between IT and other departments to provide optimal IT services and to regain the management of critical IT infrastructure like Servers, Firewalls, etc. Work very closely with Fintrac's IT Department Director (Washington, DC.) to plan, coordinate, direct, and design IT-related activities; coordinate maintenance of computer systems and plan their future growth. Serve as IT trainer for both La Lima office and field office staff; travel to the field to provide guidance and training to IT staff and to establish Fintrac's field IT systems; train IT staff as required during the course of field project operations.• Manage Software, License, and stay compliant according to the EULA (End-user License Agreement).• Implement Fintrac's ITIL policies to La Lima and all the regional offices.• Prepare long-and short-term plans for application selection, system development, and acquisition of the resources needed to support them; forecast costs, equipment, and personnel needs for programs related toHonduras IT office operations.• Prepare Budget for entire IT Department operations and create reports for PMU (Project Management Unit).
