I ensure the successful delivery of Dynatrace's Services projects and engagements within my region. Also I serve as a technical advisor for the region and act as the lead delivery point of contact. I´m responsible for the approval of contracts, management of escalations, delivery of quality services, and accountable for the revenue forecast and profitability of the project portfolio for the region. I provide the highest caliber of technical solutions support to our customers and are often called upon to support and drive sales activities

Single point of contact for end to end consulting enterprise On-Demand services in North Latin America (NOLA). This territory is from Mexico to Colombia including all the Caribbean islandsMain Activities• Develop consulting engagements designed to drive adoption of Dynatrace methodologies, product usage and value.• Architect solutions to meet client’s business and technical requirements, crafting response to RFP, Statement of Work (SOW) contracts, and project plans that will ensure successful execution. • Provides project oversight for every Dynatrace delivered PS engagement within territory to ensure projects are delivered on-time and within budget.• Achieve Quarterly targets for revenue and margin• Work with partners to grow an ecosystem for both partner led and subcontracting resources.

Actively work to improve Expert Services LATAM´s market position to achieve financial growth. Closely work with Expert Services management for archiving organizational strategic goals, build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiates and closes services deals. Also I Continue doing Dynatrace Implementations as a Consultant.Main ActivitiesResponsible for ensuring effective evaluation of new opportunities.Proposals creation for archiving customer needs and success of the implementations. These proposals include the project scope and suggested architecture.Responsible for communicating with, involving and co-ordinating various teams and individuals from Dynatrace and customers.

An APM Delivery Consultant provides high value and expert support to different projects in different geographies using different Dynatrace APM Products, this includes implementing, training, updating among other activities. Main focus are Dynatrace, Gomez SaaS and DCRUM.Experience with several customers in Mexico and LATAM, on different areas such as banking, e-commerce, telecom, retail, insurance, providing expert-level consulting both onsite and remotely, big focus on customer satisfaction. Analyzing Application Performance issues and providing triage and possible solutions to customers’ pains.
