-Assisting with the filing of Adjustment of Status, Consular Process, DACA Renewal Applications, Naturalization, Removal Conditions on Residence, Acquisition and Derivation of Citizenship, Legal Permanent Resident Renewals, Advance Parole, Parole in Place, U-VISA, VA WA and other similar benefits. -Managing a caseload of immigration cases, including intake and follow-up with clients to ensure compliance with case requirements and ensuring all paperwork was completed accurately and submitted on time.-Participating in outreach activities such as community events, workshops, etc., aimed at increasing awareness about immigration services among newcomers and established relationships with local organizations that provide services to newcomers.-Collaborating with other departments to ensure that clients received adequate support throughout the application process.-Researching and compiled information from various sources, preparing documents such as letters and memoranda, reviewing correspondence to ensure adherence with laws and regulations; ensuring that all legal files are appropriately organized.-Assisting with the preparation of reports on current cases and clients.
