In my role as General Manager of Agronegocios Mayorga, a manufacturer, exporter, and marketer of USDA-certified organic and FDA-registered grains and seeds, I spearheaded our expansion into the USA and Europe. I founded the company with minimal personal funds and no private banking assistance, utilizing international marketing techniques to attract significant clients and allies. By our fourth year, annual sales exceeded one million dollars, and I was awarded the Central American Entrepreneur Nobel Prize in 2014. This recognition was a testament to the success of our entire team and their excellent work, dedication, and confidence in the project.

As a Case Manager, I coordinated fund allocation to support the job integration of landmine victims, ensuring a holistic recovery approach. I maintained open communication to convey victims' needs to the project coordinator and team, fostering collaboration among victims, families, therapists, and referral sources to deliver high-quality care.I meticulously documented case statistics, completed requisite forms accurately, prepared statistical reports, and undertook additional tasks assigned by supervisors. Additionally, I collaborated closely with Majors, Deputy Secretaries of the local Health Department, and municipal authorities to ensure smooth implementation and coordination of services.

I also monitored job costs for accuracy, fulfilled reporting requirements, participated in project meetings, and assisted with the project permit process.Engaging with the community through beneficiary visits for follow-up support was a key part of my role. Additionally, I contributed to data collection, analysis, and report preparation for our sponsors. Within 18 months, my dedication led to a promotion to Case Manager. The project's budget of $250,000 to $450,000 allowed us to effectively implement our initiatives and positively impact the community.
