My responsibilities included working on both front-end and back-end systems, as well as integrating several third-party services to improve operational efficiency and patient experience. Specifically, I worked with:• Node.js & NestJS: These technologies were used for building scalable and efficient back-end services, including APIs and microservices. NestJS, a framework built on top of Node.js-, allowed for the development of maintainable and testable applications with a modular architecture.• ReactJS: On the front-end, I used ReactJS to build dynamic, interactive, and responsive user interfaces for various healthcare applications, improving both patient and provider experiences.

As a Senior Backend Developer, I was responsible for overseeing the entire backend infrastructure, including database management, service architecture, API design, microservices, and testing. My role involved designing and implementing backend services that are scalable, reliable, and optimized for performance, while also collaborating with other teams to ensure smooth integration across the tech stack.Key Responsibilities:• Backend Architecture & Services: I designed and developed the core backend services and business logic, ensuring that the services were modular and easy to scale. My primary focus was on creating RESTful APIs and implementing microservices that could be independently deployed and maintained.• Database Management: I worked extensively with both PostgreSQL and Firebase as the primary databases. PostgreSQL was used for structured relational data, while Firebase was utilized for real-time, event-driven data processing, especially for mobile applications and user interaction features.
