With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, I am a former Project Engineer at Bernards, a leading construction management company. I have an Associate of Science degree in Real Estate from San Joaquin Delta College, and I am skilled in process improvement, problem solving, and team building. Most recently as a Project Engineer, I worked with the project management team to plan, coordinate, and oversee various aspects of construction projects, such as budget, schedule, quality, safety, and compliance. I also communicated with clients, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects. My goal is to contribute to the growth and development of the communities we serve, by applying my domain expertise, competencies, and values to every project. I am passionate about creating innovative and sustainable solutions for the built environment, and I enjoy working with a diverse and collaborative team of professionals. With such valuable experience in construction and design in many industries, I am a one stop shop of knowledge and experience that now is being applied to Real Estate.
