From Southern California I joined the United States Air Force for education, travel, unique experiences and found it all. I have gone from performing oil changes to managing $8 million vehicle fleets. Additionally, I have served as a trade school instructor and training developer for the next generation of Air Force and Navy mechanics and have led the logistics section for Air Force Special Warfare unit. Additionally, I served as an Additional Duty First Sergeant. Managing awards programs, standards and discipline, personnel issued and advising the commander of 126 active duty members.Along with my military service, I have found purpose in sharing Yoga and meditation to my surrounding communities. I created and host The Ordinary Yogi Podcast. Where I breakdown yoga philosophy in a digestible manner and have guests sharing their story of how yoga/meditation has changes their lives. My goal with the podcast is to remove any barriers, personal or otherwise, to mindfulness. To share the benefits of yoga and meditation through personal stories and how to apply them in everyday life.
