Washington Penn Plastic, Uniform Color Company y Southern Polymer Inc. included.- Union Relations; Growth Strategies; Control of processes related to payroll; Compensations; Salary level development and maintenance of organizational structures; Annual Performance Evaluation Process; Development of policies and procedures and rates (absenteeism, rotation, headcount) about Human Resources; Strategic Management and Insurance Administration (Major Medical Expenses, Life Insurance).

- Multisite Responsible about strategies and deployment of it, practices and HR services. Mexico and Guatemala (Monterrey, Apodaca, Saltillo, Lazaro Cardenas, Puebla, Celaya and Guatemala, Peru, Chile & Argentina.- Development and implementation of HR vision, organizational structure, metrics, procedures, policies and strategies for the region.- Responsible for labor relations including collective contracts negotiation with different unions by location (FENASA, FNSI, Union Miner, Vicente Guerrero).- Talent Management System (HTS / Harsco Talent System).- Responsible of annual performance process review, compensation processes (including but not limited Annual Bonus Plan & Merit Increases), Management of Performance Improvement Plans (PIP’s).- Development of assessments and career plans.- Implementation in the region of OLR (Operations Leadership Tool Review and 9 blocks).- Member of Harsco Global Human Resources Council (All divisions).- Management of Human Resources budget for the region. - Responsible for the negotiation strategy and management of insurance (related to staff).
