As the Senior Director of Data Analysis and Delivery at Palisade Compliance, I am the key point of contact providing technical analysis support for software compliance. In this role, I lead the analysis, manage team members and other resources, work with the client, and do everything needed to ensure client satisfaction with Palisade services. My job requires daily judgment, project management skills, ability to interact at all client levels, ability to advise the client when negotiating their primary software vendor contracts, extensive knowledge of Oracle license policies and a deep understanding of how Oracle database, middleware and ERP software is implemented, configured and used in diverse client IT environments around the world.

During my employment at Oracle, I was deeply involved in customer software license audits conducted by Oracle. In connection with those audits, I worked closely with Oracle's field auditors, attorneys and business product representatives. Among other things, I participated in designing data collection scripts and related audit strategies utilized in connection with audits; analyzing data collected during audits; and internal discussions concerning audit strategy and approach, evaluation of the strengths and weaknesses of audit positions, interpretation of license agreement terms, legal strategy associated with license enforcement and audit processes, strategies for responding to customer resistance to audit processes or findings, and negotiations compromising and/or resolving audit findings.

Senior Systems Analyst in the Oracle Production Support team. Responsible for providing support to Oracle Applications 11i internal users, including modules GL, AP, PA, PO, INV, iExpenses. Including providing daily Help Desk and Operations support to both end users and area managers. Develop custom reports and queries. Identifying, developing, coordinating, testing and deploying application enhancements and change requests. Analyzing requirements and following internal change management procedures. Collaborating with multiple business teams, including Accounts Payable, Accounting, Supply Chain, Database Services, Data Warehouse Services, System Administrators and others. Performing as the Oracle Applications System Administrator backup. Generating and distributing Production Support metrics reports to management and internal auditors for performance evaluation, compliance and resource planning. And providing support for Month End financial closing activities to the business operation team.

As part of my Senior Oracle Developer role, I participated in the functional and technical design phase for multiple consulting projects: attended client meetings, created documentation and performed QA peer reviews. Also, built the source code deliverables and performed unit testing for multiple EBS 11i and R12 Oracle Financials (FV, GL, AP, AR, PO, PA, iProcurement) RICEW objects, using Oracle Forms Builder, Oracle JDeveloper Studio, SQL*Loader, PL/SQL, BPEL (Web Service Partner Links, DB Adapters, EBS Adapters) and Concurrent Manager request sets and programs. Also, designed and developed inbound and outbound ETL interfaces between the Oracle Data Warehouse, the EBS database and Hyperion Essbase using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI). Configured SOA/WebLogic Administrator and Managed server domains (JDBC Data Sources and Connection Factories) for BPEL deployment. Also, collaborated with remote teams in Washington, DC, travelling multiple times to a federal client site for implementation and deployment of critical tasks and modules. In my role as the Remote Delivery Project Lead, I was responsible for managing the local remote delivery Help Desk and Operations team. I was also responsible for recruiting, reviewing candidates resumes, performing both over the phone and in-person technical interviews. I was also responsible for the on-boarding, task assignment, performance rating and off-boarding of resources. I was also responsible for coordinating and performing month end closing activities to support our customer. Other responsibilities included: managing system change requests, enhancement requests, user acceptance testing, code migration, deployment and post-production support, providing on the job training, coaching and career counseling to my team as well as to the extended Oracle practice within the company.

Provided post-production support for an in-house custom Oracle Forms Information Management System. Developed and documented break fixes, change and enhancement requests using Oracle Forms, PL/SQL,Oracle Discoverer and Mercury Test Director. Designed and developed a custom property tax and online electronic payment web application using PL/SQL, MOD_PLSQL, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML, public geocoding APIs and Google Earth.Documented and developed proof of concept modules for an 11i Oracle Advanced Collections, Oracle Trading Community Architecture and Accounts Payable implementation. Developed custom interfaces between Oracle EBS and third party data vendors, utilizing SQL*Loader, PL/SQL and standard Oracle open interfaces and API. Designed, developed and maintained the company intranet and multiple intranet web applications utilizing MOD_PLSQL, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

Generated the technical design documentation, built the source code deliverable and performed unit testing as part of a team responsible for implementing Oracle 11i Human Resources and Oracle Advanced Benefits. Extended the Oracle HRMS Self-Service web applications utilizing PL/SQL stored procedures and MOD_PLSQL.
