ResponsibilitiesSolution designs for products and services proposals, into the ISO 9000 Quality Management Systems scope.Contract evaluations that include process documentation to accomplish with services delivery.Definition, documentation, revision, approval and releasing of documented processes for products and services delivery in accordance with the best practices in the market.Performance and maturity evaluation of processes for implementation of improvement actions in services administration.ITILv2, ITILv3_2011 & ITIL4 instructor for LA IBM and customer personnel.ITIL guide certification for IBM and client employees.Achievements• Creating a process área to manage ISO9000 Quality Management Systems solutions as part of Services Delivery Division.• Designing at Process Interface Manual for procedures and policies to ensure an effective delivery and execution for products and services delivery • Evaluation in a regular manner (once of year), of the maturity and performance for process execution according the contractual agreement and the market best practices. • Getting 370 ITIL fundamentals certifications (approximately) for LA IBM and customer personnel.• Acting as instructor to give at least 10 courses every year from 2009.
