Leading technical delivery of Computacenter's Request, Incident and HR Management systems and portals. Responsibilities include⊏ Projects & Lead Consultancy ⊐● Working with project managers, internal technical teams (development, integration, database) and customer stakeholders to implement solutions.● Designing customer workshop agendas, leading sessions, carrying out system demonstrations.● Understanding complex business processes and translating into system technical requirements.● Attending regular meetings with all stakeholders, and liaising between parties. Understanding data relationships.● Providing third line support for incident tickets raised by internal and customer users.

Providing lead consultancy in respect of software product implementations, specifically for pension administration within the Public Sector. Responsibilities of this client-facing role included:> Researching and understanding client IT / Business processes, and mapping these to supported products in order to define requirements.> Organising initial and test software migrations, and analysing conversion output in order to identify issues and minimise potential risks during the final transition to product go-live.> Querying databases and carrying out data cleansing activities on client systems.> Supporting client User Acceptance Testing following initial installations, and managing queries across internal technical and development teams.> Coordinating and planning for system go-live across internal conversion and client IT teams, and managing the expectations of Pensions teams for delivery.> Delivering post-implementation training sessions at client offices to demonstrate best use of software to individual staff members.As well as being responsible for agreeing overall solution design with clients, and following actions through to full implementation, I also have expertise in the following areas:> Demonstrating additional pension self-service website modules to existing and prospective clients.> Helping clients design strategies for effective website implementation, and roll out to scheme members.> Building and maintaining good client relationships.> Mentoring and coaching new starters to ensure smooth integration into the company.
