Demand Planning Manager
CurrentReviewing sales plans, budget updates or latest estimates and demand drivers; Closely coordinating and communicating action plans with supply planning; Taking a collaborative and consensus approach with Sales, Marketing and Customer Finance to obtain and ensure that current and accurate information is used for demand forecasts; Ensuring forecasts adhere to Maisons’ S&OP guidelines provided due to supply/production constraints and allocations; Securing forecast accuracy by analysing forecasts in APO on a monthly basis and liaising with business to validate major variances and/or past trends; Maintaining an operational relationship with the appointed Logistics supplier, helping to ensure the highest level of communication in the process of importation and export; Managing the outsourced imports/Exports functions; Partnering with the local Wineries to ensure on time placement of Purchase Orders across ANZ, following up and ensuring on time in full orders; Reviewing and recommending enhancements to the Supply Chain functionality in collaboration with team members; Overseeing daily activities of team and providing guidance as needed
