Taking part in a 12-month personal and professional development program for first-generation college students. Through this program, I attend virtual and in-person skill-building and networking events to enhance my professional and leadership abilities. Furthermore, I participate in monthly one-on-one coaching sessions to refine my goals, skills, and professional portfolio.

I work on organizing and co-hosting four monthly workshops with top firms like Goldman Sachs and McKinsey & co., creating valuable learning experiences for participants. I actively reach out to companies to secure new sponsorships, which helps increase our club's revenues and networking opportunities. I've also begun a project to create a more informal environment for my peers to network with employees from top firms.

Currently, I am excelling as a consistent top seller at Champs, while also taking on multiple roles within the store. I actively participate in daily training to improve my customer interaction and satisfaction skills. Being proficient in both English and Spanish, I provide efficient services to a diverse range of customers. Through teamwork and collaboration, we create a positive and inclusive environment, delivering exceptional service and fostering a welcoming atmosphere at Champs.

To ensure clear alignment between workers and clients, I translated detailed instructions into Spanish. I also completed complex and physically demanding carpentry projects on time and within budget, maintaining high quality throughout. Furthermore, I managed the allocation of work machines and tools effectively, prioritizing safety and organization across the construction site.

I utilized my previous experience within the organization to improve the overall experience for future generations. I presented ideas, offered feedback, and made recommendations to foster a stronger BTSV community, enhance student retention, and integrate diversity, equity, and inclusion into the program. Collaborating with a team, we built on each other's ideas and created a compelling presentation that was shared with executives and management. It was a rewarding experience to contribute to the growth and development of the organization.

As a student, I attended monthly workshops to focus on my future goals and acquire valuable skills. I also took part in summer classes to stay ahead with school material and stay competitive. I participated in community service events, which enhanced my communication skills and contributed to improving community well-being.
