My responsabilities are:- Analyse & investigate the existing document and print processes and related infrastructure of the customer;- Determine the implications of these issues/problems to the customers operations – using this to create a solution business case demonstrating the ROI and operational benefits both qualitative and quantitative units of measure;- Reporting result of qualitative and quantitative assessment and process design; - Determine the solution – on both operational and strategic level - Support Account Managers in identifying the customer's needs and act as content matter expert;- Perform complex solution demonstrations supported by the Solution Consultant assigned to the project.- Accountable for the process realisation at the customer;- Manage effectively the handover to the Professional Services group writing the documents required to make the handover process run smoothly.
