Project Goal:To integrate and orchestrate Distributed Energy Resources and to ensure a safe and reliable network through Low-Voltage Distributed Energy Resource Management System. Responsibilities: - Facilitate custom Agile ceremonies with the core scrum team- Administrate the Scrum Board and maintain its quality, accuracy and flow of issues/ stories per iteration across work-streams- Collaboratively configure the Roadmap for the project - Re-create the Cost Model for the core team and work with IT and Finance to provide monthly accruals and forecast per cost category.- Prepare regular SteerCo Packs as well as Project Status Reports for the Project Governance Board. - Monitor, capture and report on Risks, Issues and Mitigation plans.

Worked with external advisors, Bega's Human Resources team and various stakeholders in the the analysis of the multiple cycles of the HR data of the OneBega program with two main components of the role as it transitioned:1) Descriptive and diagnostic data analytics to categorise and report on confidential personal employee data across BCL and BDD across different phases of the program's HR data to effectively migrate to the WorkDay Platform as the system was getting established.2) Finance reporting - report on Costs and Benefits (P&L) of the program with an executive audience to understand proximity to target.
