-Providing outstanding customer service by greeting clients upon arrival, scheduling services, answering phone calls, addressing questions/concerns, selling membership wellness plans, protecting client confidentiality, and maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment.-Driving member retention through outreach via phone and email to current members.

- Responsible for checking patients in/out, scheduling next appointments, assisting with clinical forms, verifying insurance benefits, handling copays, medical record-keeping, maintaining HIPPA privacy rules, and creating a safe/clean environment.
