About Luisa Dalton

Growing up, I was a bit of an observer. I liked watching people and the things they did and the habits they had, and watching was a form of study for me. What made people tick and what made people do the opposite, with the bigger question over time becoming "why"?I ended going to one of the biggest universities in the country - the University of Texas at Austin (hook 'em horns) - and this was the perfect environment to continue my studying of people. This studying of people turned into a hunt for the "why" of other problems, like why these people made certain business decisions over others, and the underlying factors influencing these decisions. Realizing this was a passion of mine led me to Oliver Wyman, where I've happily and passionately been analyzing the "why" across a variety of industries and business problems. This consulting journey has also unveiled a passion for finance and strategy.Feel free to reach to chat all things consulting, financial planning and analysis, strategy and operations and of course, your love of the Texas Longhorns!
