Program Assistant I
CurrentDirectly assist the division Director;Assists in coordinating and facilitating the Division's activities;Posts, compiles, checks, processes, maintains, and controls a variety of records and files related to departmental operations; Supervise the work of one subordinate engaged in clerical and office support tasks;Types, edits and formats a variety of material including reports, correspondence, agendas, minutes and other documents;Attends meetings and takes minutes;Provides information and assistance to staff on a variety of matters pertaining to departmental operations, procedures, and services;Assists in planning and arranging logistics related to committees, information meetings, seminars, events and workshops;Performs related work as required.
