Building Supervisor
Current• Oversee the day-to-day operations during assigned shifts.• Train, evaluate, and mentor Recreation Assistants and other assigned Recreation staff.• Ensure that all department policies and procedures are properly executed.• Maintain a smooth workflow and delegation of responsibilities among staff during shifts.• Support Recreation staff throughout the assigned facility.• Provide point-of-contact and chain of command support during emergencies (includingsubmitting clear, concise, and well-written incident reports).• Serve as a first responder to any injuries occurring in the facility.• Serve as point of contact for any customer questions/concerns during shifts.• Open and close all registers during opening/closing shift, and attempt to immediately resolveany financial discrepancies.
