I have been fortunate to have worked in several industries which have provided me with a well-rounded skill set that has enabled me to contribute immediately in my current position. I am responsible for effectively managing renewal of all contracts in my assigned territory to protect and grow Veeam maintenance revenue, as well as upsell and cross sell.Through regular contacts I ensure each customers success and go above and beyond to ensure customer retention and satisfactionI proactively monitor the funnel of expiring agreements, execute appropriate actions in timely manner to ensure the continuation of assigned customers on maintenance agreementsI make sure to provides timely proposals and quotes as requested pursuant to terms of customer and/or partner agreementsI focus on positively interactions and collaborate with customers, Veeam partners, and Veeam associatesI make a point to Identify and pursue maintenance reinstatement opportunities.As a result, I was able to exceed my quota in 2022 while being promoted to the SMB Emerging Canada team and look forward to further enlarging my skill set to make an even bigger contribution. As of 2024 I am managing renewals for the COM sector East/West Canada.
