Converted a divisional loss into a multi-million $ gain by creating and executing a new global strategy. Created a long-term alliance with Cooper, the worldwide leader in bio-based transformer fluids; Downsized the European operation and helped launch a JV in Brazil; Established a worldwide commercial strategy for glycerin, primarily targeting personal care.
