Responsible for overseeing various tasks and initiatives related to IT infrastructure, automation, and technology in healthcare settings. Manage data center operations, including server hardware, virtualization, and data storage solutions. Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the healthcare network infrastructure, ensuring reliability and security. Ensure that all IT systems and processes comply with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations to protect patient data. Implement and monitor security measures to safeguard patient information and infrastructure from cyber threats. Collaborate with teams to implement automation solutions, such as electronic health record (EHR) integration, appointment scheduling, and billing. Evaluate and select technology vendors for healthcare software, hardware, and services.

• Installation and administration of all network components: routers, switches, firewalls, servers, power supplies, backups, hypervisors, HA cluster & storage cluster, NVRs, NAS, etc.• I introduced Virtualization, installing, configuring, and maintaining several HA-Clusters (KVM, Containers, Hyper-V, Proxmox VE).
