I lead a team responsible for global management processes, which involves specifying targets for the various business areas and levels across the organization and driving the processes necessary for monitoring and enhancing corporate performance. In this vein, I also direct the Corporate Project Management Office (PMO), managing high-priority projects selected by senior leadership to improve specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and achieve strategic goals. My daily activities involve engaging with operational and corporate stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, and building strong relationships, as well as collaborating closely with the technology team to integrate management initiatives with advanced technological solutions, especially in the area of data-driven decision-making. In addition to that, I regularly interface with senior leadership to report progress and secure alignment. Key aspects of my role include implementing agile management practices, maintaining rigorous budget oversight, and managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, while engaging and motivating my team, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

I am responsible for coordinating special projects, including a multi-year roadmap focused on generating insights through business analytics tools to support data-driven decision-making and a program (collection of projects) designed to improve selected value levers across the organization. In this role, I lead a cross-functional team in an agile environment, prioritize work, control and report progress to an executive audience, identify interdependencies among initiatives, oversee the development and deployment of digital solutions to final users, and engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders from various business functions.
