Managed the Concrete Specialties Department; which included hardscape, architectural finishes and structural concrete repairs.

As a small company co-owner, I wore different hats, administration, accounting, project coordinator, business development. Sold company to previous employer and was hired to establish it as a new department at Precision Concrete.

Project Cost Accountant - Kept integrity of the accounting ledgers. Kept track of job cost. Provided weekly reports of cost trends. Ensured job cost reports and accounts receivable reports are accurate at all times and in balance with the general ledger. Entered all financial paperwork (owner and sub change orders, owner billings, budget transfers, subcontractor pay requirements, payroll and A/P invoices) into the accounting system to ensure timely and accurate job cost information.

Worked way up from check sorter operator to Unit Manager. Transferred from Miami to Atlanta Branch to manage new service line.
